Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 8, 2026
This policy explains what personal information Atuobi Agents collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers atuobiagents.com and the services we provide to our clients.
1.Who we are
Atuobi Agents is a registered fictitious name of SG Practice LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. We build and run client acquisition systems and AI receptionists for roofing and siding contractors. We are the controller of the information described in this policy unless section 7 says otherwise.
2.Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and booking details. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, and anything you write when you book a call or reply to us.
- Billing details. Your name, email address, business name, and billing information. Card numbers go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Onboarding information. When you become a client, we collect business details needed to build and register your system: legal entity name, entity type, employer identification number, legal address, service area, pricing and offer details, photos and video of your work, and access to accounts you authorize.
- Anything else you send us by email, text, phone, or form.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage and device data. IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time on site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Advertising identifiers. We use the Meta Pixel and similar advertising tools on our site to measure campaign performance and reach relevant audiences.
- Call data. Where we operate a phone line on a client’s behalf, our systems process the caller’s number, the time and length of the call, and a recording or transcript of what was said, in order to qualify the caller and book an appointment. That data belongs to the client whose line it is, and section 7 governs it.
Information from other sources
For business development, we use publicly available and commercially available business contact information, including business names, business email addresses, business phone numbers, job titles, and public business listings, to identify contractors who may want our services.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and our services are not directed to children.
3.How we use it
- To respond to enquiries, schedule calls, and answer questions.
- To deliver, operate, support, and improve our services.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To register and verify accounts with advertising, messaging, and hosting platforms on a client’s behalf.
- To send service messages about an active engagement, billing, or changes to this policy.
- To market our services, including by email and phone, subject to the choices in section 8.
- To measure and improve our own advertising.
- To keep our systems secure, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations.
We rely on your consent, on the performance of our contract with you, on our legitimate business interests, and on legal obligations, depending on the situation.
4.Text messages and email
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your enquiry or your engagement. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of purchase.
If you give us your email address, we may email you about your enquiry, your engagement, or our services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop messages about an active engagement or a payment.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing. Phone numbers are shared only with the messaging providers that deliver our messages.
5.Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, only for the purposes we set:
| Purpose | Type of provider |
|---|---|
| Processing payments and managing subscriptions | Payment processors (we use Stripe) |
| Running the CRM, landing pages, calendars, and automated SMS and email | Marketing automation and CRM platforms |
| Answering, recording, and transcribing calls | Telephony and voice AI providers |
| Collecting form and onboarding information | Form and scheduling tools |
| Running and measuring advertising | Advertising and analytics platforms |
| Email, file storage, and outbound email delivery | Productivity and email infrastructure providers |
| Hosting this website and our domains | Hosting and domain providers |
We name our payment processor because you deal with it directly at checkout. We can tell you the specific providers behind any other category on request.
We may also share information with professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, with a buyer or successor if the business is sold or reorganized, and with authorities where the law requires it or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
6.Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, to remember your preferences, to understand how the site is used, and to measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may stop working properly if you do. Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal, which we do not currently respond to.
7.Information we handle for our clients
When we run a client’s acquisition system or answer a client’s phone line, we process personal information belonging to that client’s leads and customers — homeowners who submit a form, reply to a message, or call the business. That includes call recordings and transcripts. We handle all of it as a service provider on the client’s instructions. The client decides what it is used for and is responsible for its own privacy practices, disclosures, and any call-recording notice its state requires.
If you are a homeowner or prospective customer who submitted your details through one of our client’s ads, forms, or messages, or who called a line we answer, contact that business directly to access, correct, or delete your information. If you contact us instead, we will pass your request to the client we handle it for.
8.Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and why.
- Give you a copy of it.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete it, where we are not required to keep it.
- Stop using it for marketing.
- Stop selling or sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information, and you can opt out of our advertising cookies at any time through your browser or through the advertising platforms’ own settings.
Email us at the address below to make a request. We will verify your identity before acting and will respond within the time the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Depending on where you live, these rights come from state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, or from the GDPR if you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also object to processing, ask us to restrict it, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority.
9.How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, and afterwards only as long as we need it for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons. Enquiry records are kept while the opportunity is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and for the retention period our tax and legal obligations require.
10.Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted connections, and reputable vendors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11.Where information is processed
We operate in the United States and our service providers are primarily based there. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
12.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always posted here with its date. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on this page or contact you directly.
